Bicentennial Celebration!

Philippi Celebrated 200 years of existance today! The day began with a morning worship service lead by our pastor, Rev. Josh McClendon followed by a catered meal from Shealy's BBQ. An afteroon celebration service with guest speaker Rev. Frank Page followed lunch. The wonderful day was concluded with the dedication of a new historical marker recognizing Philippi Baptist Church.
